We will honor all existing stamp rewards cards. If lost or stolen we can not replace them. Once your card is finished there isnt a new one to receive
We are all aware of the Covid rules in WA, If we are directed to wear a mask please do so BEFORE you walk in the door with your dogs if you don't have an exemption and please sign in. All workers are fully vaccinated by their own choice.
We are more then happy to accommodate no contact drop offs and pick ups for your dogs but we will need you to please ask for this to be done.
It will work as follows:

When you make your booking with us and ask for a no contact drop off you will be asked for full grooming instructions if you aren't sure at the time please write as detailed information as possible in a letter for us and leave it with your dogs when you drop them off, if you are a regular you can just say the usual please if that's what you would like done.

Upon arrival you will need to come into the shop and place your dog(s) in a large crate that will be placed in our shop area, please leave instructions for us and rewards card to stamp. Come back and collect your dog at the time advised at the time of booking and your dog will be waiting all finished for you at the collection time in the crate.

You can call up and pay over the phone or use tap and go on our eftpos machine.
If we cant physically stamp your rewards card then we cant give you the discount, we can leave a new card stamped for you to collect with you dog(s) on the crate if you forget to bring in yours.
